Delivery terms

We offer several delivery options. Shipping costs per each delivery method available in your region are shown in the online order form and vary based on delivery service, total weight and value of the order, and distance to the destination.

The total amount of your order, to be shipped outside Russia, does not include customs fees and duties levied by the destination country.

Delivery Within Russia

If you are in Moscow or St. Petersburg, you can either pick up your order from one of our stores, or have it delivered by courier.

Orders placed by customers from Russian cities other than Moscow and St. Petersburg can be shipped via Russian Post, Courier Service Express or DHL Express. Express delivery services are faster and more expensive.

Russian Post delivers within 2–4 weeks. You have to pick up the parcel from your local post office after you receive their notification. Destination post offices store parcels for 2 weeks, and then send unclaimed parcels back. If this happens, you will have to pay shipping costs again to receive your order. In case of non-delivery through our fault (for example, an address mistake), we shall ship again free of charge.

Courier Service Express and DHL take 2–5 days to deliver, not counting the day of dispatch. They contact you by phone and arrange for delivery.

Delivery Within Kiev and Ukraine

If the item ordered is in stock in Kiev, you are be offered delivery from Kiev. If you are in Kiev, you can pick up your order from the store or have it delivered by courier. Customers in other cities receive their orders by post.

Items not in stock in Kiev are to be sent from Moscow via Russian Post, Courier Service Express or DHL, at your option. Russian Post delivers within 2–7 weeks; express delivery services are faster and more expensive.

Delivery Worldwide

We can ship to nearly any location around the world. There are different shipping options, depending on your shipping address and ordered items: Russian post, Courier Service Express and DHL, Ukrainian Post and TNT (if the item is only in stock in Kiev), FedEx (if you are in USA or Canada), and Speed Post (Hong Kong express post).

Delivery via Russia Post takes 2–7 weeks.

Order Terms

In-stock items are shipped within 6 working days of the payment verification date.

Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method chosen.

If you chose to pay cash to courier upon delivery (if courier service is available in your region), your order will be delivered the date you agreed on with the store administrator, who will contact you by phone or e-mail within 2 working days of your order placement.

Pre-sell goods are items that are not yet in-stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped within 6 working days after they become available subject to payment verification. Anticipated shipment time (i.e. “Available for shipping in mid-September”) is indicated on the site adjacent to product information.

Preordered goods will be shipped within 6 days following the day when the goods arrive in stock subject to payment verification. The buyer is informed of the dates the goods are expected to arrive in stock when placing the order.

Returning or Cancelling Orders

The buyer can cancel the order for the goods before shipment for no extra charges.

The buyer is entitled to refuse the delivered goods of proper quality within 7 days after the goods were received in accordance with the following:
The goods of proper quality can be returned if the all packaging, purchase documents and useful qualities of the goods are retained. If the buyer no longer has documents confirming the fact and conditions of purchase, he may provide other sufficient proofs to enable return of the goods.

The buyer has no right to refuse the goods of proper quality if the goods have particularly specified qualities useful solely to the buyer in question.

In case the goods are returned for reasons other than quality complaints, the reshipping costs are to the buyer’s account.

Mail service is responsible for the goods during transportation.

Please, open the package delivered under your order the moment you receive it. If any damage is revealed, make claims against mail service.
